Individual therapy is a process through which you will work one-on-one with Cecily in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. During individual therapy, Cecily will help you explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, help you work through challenging or traumatic memories, so that you’re able to identify parts of your life that you would like to change, better understand certain habits, set personal goals, and achieve them.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts.
